My mother-in-law couldn't stop talking about the care/love she saw you putting
into each balloon you blew up, as she put it "it was more than just another
client" or something like that. Yep, please add me to your calendar for
March 17th, 2007.
I knew to go with my gut to get the service that we were looking for,
grandma wanted flowers and her girls and I talked her into balloons. Thank
you for being so professional, but also personal.
